You sell a small selection of designer goods. Are they authentic?
Bagsyitsmine does not specialise in selling designer goods but from time to time we offer a small selection of branded items. The few pieces we do offer are 100% genuine outlet items, often from pre-seasons.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal of all major credit and debit cards - You do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method. We also accept Google Checkout, cheques (goods will not be sent until payment has cleared), postal orders and bank transfers.

Can you deliver to a different address?
Unfortunately, if you have paid by credit or debit card, we can only deliver to the address given on the card. However, if you have paid by postal order, bank transfer or cheque, arrangements can be made to deliver elsewhere. Delays will occur whilst payment clears.

Can I return my item for a refund?
Yes. As long as your item is returned in the same condition as sent out (unused and includes original packaging), we are more than happy to provide you with a full refund.

Who will pay the return postage costs if I want a refund?
All return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item proved faulty.
