Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to Bagsyitsmine within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund. Goods must be returned in the same excellent condition as sent out and must include all original packaging, unless the item is deemed faulty.

You will be required to pay for return postage and packaging fees unless the item you have purchased is deemed faulty. Once we have received your returned item(s) you will be given a full refund via the payment method of your original transaction.
